finding humor in the little things.....

The other day at the pumpkin patch, I made Taylor ride a little kiddy ride purely for my enjoyment. It was just a bunch of barrels with seats cut out of them and smiley faces on the front that were pulled along by a tractor doing 2 miles an hour. I don't know why this struck me as so funny, but it did, and I giggled the whole time he was on there. It wasn't just that he was way too old to be on it, but the fact that he was game to do it, even if it was slightly embarassing. Thanks T for being such a good sport.
I was once told "your a good laugher, you laugh a lot...even at stupid things." This was definitely one of those times. FYI --someone wrote that about me in Sunday school when your supposed to write something nice about the person anonymously. Thanks.
Here are some other pictures. (although I didn't think these were nearly as funny)

Sorry Travis, about your head being cut off.

I LOVE Pumpkin Patches in Washington! Many good memories! We have gone on a few together! Remember when I thought I lost Chelsea in the Corn Maze-:) Now she would just call me on her cell phone! I love that you make your kids do stuff like that too- My kids are getting too old now- they don't want to play anymore with me at all the little kid things- I need my little nieces and nephews to go with!

That picture of Taylor is classic. I'm laughing too and I wasn't even there.

What a great quote for you I will remember that... it's so true. Boy has laughing got you (and I) in trouble together.
Thanks for the laugh Holly!
